Street to Home Community Action Plan

Streetohome Foundation was established in 2008 in response to the growing crisis of homelessness in Vancouver. It represents a collaborative approach to breaking the cycle of homelessness: bringing together a broad-based community foundation with leadership and expertise from business, service providers, government and community groups.
